Dr. Takama Statton-Brooks spent 20 years in higher education. Her previous work encompassed a broad range of practical experiences, such as leadership and organizational development, crisis management, and personal development. She transitioned into the role of Executive Director for Magdalene Serenity House in October 2023, where she is responsible for the strategic planning and implementing of the vision of Magdalene. She is excited to be a part of realizing the vision that together we can break the cycle of addiction, poverty, and incarceration.
