Sophia Dugwyler
Sophia Dugwyler's journey from substance abuse and trauma to recovery began after her fourth trip to prison. In March 2017 she found refuge in the Magdalene Serenity House. Her transformation led her to help others by providing peer services at the Magdalene Serenity House and Washington County Drug Court, as well as running the Reentry Program at Goodwill Industries of Arkansas at the MLK store in Fayetteville. Her willingness to participate in advocacy and her lived experience brings valuable insight to the WJHA Leadership Team. In her free time, Sophia enjoys spending time on the river, hosting dinner parties, playing volleyball, and spending time with her 16-year-old son, Skyler.
