Dr. Katy Allison

Dr. Katy Allison is a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Behavior and Health Education at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) College of Public Health and core faculty of the Rural Telehealth Evaluation Center. She received her Ph.D. in Health Promotion and Prevention Research and Master of Public Health from UAMS, and in 2021, she completed the NIDA T32 postdoctoral fellowship in translational addiction research. Specializing in implementation science and qualitative research, her research centers on studying the implementation of technology-based interventions in settings that reach underserved populations.
